CP1

This is the product obtained by lightly processing the barley grain in a pearling machine. When going through the process, a grain is obtained from which the pericarp has been removed, which acquires a creamy brown color and an oval shape.

CP3

This is the product obtained after the barley grain has undergone an intensive pearling process. The pearling process has different phases, where the outermost layers of the grain are gradually removed until only the endosperm is left and then polished.

BARLEY FLAKES

Barley flakes are a product that is made from CP1 and are subjected to a steam cooking process and then pressed with heat to take its final shape and color, they are a ready-to-eat product.
